We’re happy to hear that the word about Lander developments is spreading. People seem to identify with the living spaces we create and love to tell others about them. We can’t let great references go unrecognized. Introducing a simple referral program to express appreciation for those good words.

How it works:

• You have to be a current or past owner of a unit in a project developed by a Lander- related (including Lander Sherman) entity.
• Tell a friend, family member, or acquaintance about any of the developments listed on the front.
• The developer will give you $1000 at the time your referral signs a purchase agreement for a unit in any of the eligible projects.
• Rejoice in the benefits of friendship and repeat.

This program is brought to you by the limited liability company developing each project and is funded by such company. The program is not offered by any real estate broker, salesperson or closing agent per Minnesota Statute Chapter 82. The developer company can be reached through property representatives or by visiting www.landergroup.com. This program is only available to current or past owners of a unit in a Lander related development project for referrals of buyers who sign a purchase agreement on a unit in an eligible project on or after January 1, 2006. Only one referral fee per unit will be allowed, and to be eligible, the person who makes the referral must receive written confirmation from the developer company acknowledging the referral, available upon request from the developer company. This offer is only available to referrals acknowledged in writing by developer company on or before December 31, 2006. This offer is not retroactive to real estate transactions prior to January 1, 2006.The developer reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, with no written notice.
