The Green Loft at Midtown: A unique opportunity

giving urban dwellers an opportunity to see what green could mean
in their loft or urban home. The home features more than 30 eco-friendly

The Green Loft is part of the 72-unit Midtown Lofts, the first major
housing development on the Midtown Greenway.
The Green Loft is featured on both the Parade
of Homes EasyStreet event and the
Neighborhood Revitalization Program’s Minneapolis Saint Paul
Home Tour.
Why: Buyer Education: The
Green Loft at Midtown will give Twin Cities urban dwellers a chance
to walk through an urban home to see what green could mean in their
life.
o Green products will be identified by signage with descriptions
of eco-friendly benefits.
Lander Sherman representatives will also
offer guides tours and answer questions about the options, costs,
availability and benefits of green finishes.
Context: While the Green Loft includes many unique green features,
it is part of the 72-unit Midtown Lofts, an extremely eco-friendly
development overall, reflecting the Lander Group’s commitment
