Ben Kerl finds the Lander Group to be a perfect fit for his interests in environmentally responsible building and infill development.  A native of Saint Paul, Ben left the Twin Cities to study business strategy at McGill University in Montreal.  Upon graduating, he spent 8 months interning with Southface Energy Institute, a green building and smart growth non-profit in Atlanta. 

A world traveler, Ben has spent significant time working and studying in Alaska, Ireland, and France.  More recently, Ben spent 7 weeks backpacking in Japan and Southeast Asia.  Ben is currently the chair of the Emerging Green Builders, a networking and educational group for young professionals and students interested in green building.  Ben currently resides in the Uptown area of Minneapolis.
