This innovative infill new construction project takes advantage of both the grandeur of Saint Paul's renowned Summit Avenue and the lively shopping district along Grand Avenue, one block to the south. Two very different structures - a mansion building hosting four condominium flats facing Summit, and a group of three two-story townhouses facing Grotto Street - are combined in a single residents' association.

The design of the buildings is contemporary, but classic, and respects the historic structures among which they are set.

This project set new standards for construction along Summit Avenue, and new price levels for the neighborhood.
