6 townhouse condominiums

The Irvine Condominiums are six condominium units in three new duplex townhouses, located just off Summit Avenue on Saint Paul's Cathedral Hill.

The site's position on the slope of the hill, on winding Irvine Avenue, was a design challenge, but also provides the townhomes with spectacular views of downtown Saint Paul and a surprising sense of seclusion in the middle of the city.
