This adaptive reuse of a warehouse building brought the offices of HomeStyles.com, one of the nation's foremost marketers of home plans, to downtown Saint Paul's trendy Lowertown district.

The design preserves the original industrial materials of the warehouse and takes advantage of its floor heights and huge windows, giving the loft-style offices an airy and informal feel.
